AA Property Consultants, LLC (AAPC) was formed to help investors and developers navigate the stringent Austin construction/renovation and McMansion regulations including urban infill and renovation/expansion projects.

 

With the recent volatility of the national markets juxtaposing the markedly stable Austin Metro area, AAPC have turned our focus to opportunities afforded by the challenging financial markets. These include distressed property, raw land and light commercial projects that may be purchased well below current price-points, rehabbed/developed, and returned to market with reasonable sales expectations in relatively short time-frames.

 

From time to time, we have limited opportunities for outside investors in these areas.

 

Our focus is inner-city (re)development in Austin, Texas. This includes:

à Development of new single- and multi-family dwellings on inner-city lots;
