Mr. Decker began his working years in construction and roofing. He earned a degree in Industrial Arts and went on to work in the then emerging technology field, becoming Project Manager and Strategic Program Manager over both Domestic and International projects/programs with the $35 billion Intel Corporation. His proven strengths in Customer & Supplier/Vendor Relations, Change Management/New Product Introduction, Contract Negotiations, and Project Management constantly prove applicable in all business environments and transactions.
While holding this full-time career, Tim continued to invest in, develop and renovate real property from income residential to commercially zoned raw land.
Retiring early from the tech industry, Tim devotes time to family, ranch operations and the growth of AAPC.
Timothy is a licensed Independent (Property) Insurance Adjuster in several states and has worked with private insurance carriers USAA and Texas Wind Insurance Association inspecting and assessing damages and writing the scopes of repair on scores of properties. He has liaisoned with general contractors, trade contractors and municipal agents as well as property owners to settle claims, disputes and effect the repair and reconstruction of storm damaged property. |
